Laravel is a customer queue management platform that allows businesses to organize, call, and track their customers through internet-connected devices. The service is offered as subscription-based software (SaaS).

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's applicable terms.
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for remaining time.
Any free trial terms will be specified at the time they are offered.

Laravel and all its content, features, and code are owned by its operators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted to you over the software beyond the right to use the service under these terms.
The data you enter into the service (customer information, company configuration, etc.) is owned by you. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laravel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Laravel's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service. We will notify you by email of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the new terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
