• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider Paddle. We do not store credit card data.
• Usage data: queue activity logs (generated tickets, service times, service statistics).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, used for security, analytics, and service performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional communications related to your account (confirmations, payment alerts, team invitations).
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

We process your data based on your consent, the need to provide our services, and our legitimate business interests.

• Infrastructure providers (servers and storage)

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Thailand, where our infrastructure providers or service operators may be located.

We retain your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain it longer.

Service logs (queue records) are retained for 12 months from their creation date.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at legal@nextturn.io. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with this policy.
