Refund Policy

At NextTurn we want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains our refund conditions.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before day 8 with no charge.

2. General Refund Policy

Once the trial period ends and the first payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for already-billed periods. By subscribing, you agree that the service is activated immediately and acknowledge that you had access to the free trial to evaluate the product.

If you switch to a lower-value plan (downgrade), the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on the previous plan.

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or financial institution.
